Dry Glue Laminating equipment for use with

FUNCTION:
To melt and impress Adhesive Film and Clear Coat™ Overlay Dry Film into/onto surfaces of wood, metal, ceramic, fabric, glass and plastic. |

OPERATION:
Veneer is fed between two (2) electric hot plates, melting the copolyester film, which penetrates and / or overlays. |

COMPONENTS:
- Non-stick belts, driven by adjustable rollers, pass between heated plates.
- Floating plates permit thickness change of .004" to 1". (Pressure Adjustable)
- Foot valve activates rolls.
- Steel base gives 35 inch feed level from floor.
- 25/50" belts respond to tracking adjusters.
- Metal cover and belt guard for safety.
- Variable speed motor drives chain sprockets.
- Readily adjustable heat, pressure and speed controls for varying requirements.

- Precision adjustable for varying requirements.
- Belt changing is greatly simplified with unique release designs.
- Slightly domed front take up roller allows smooth tracking of belts.
- Long life Teflon coating eliminate sticking.
- Destaco type clamps provide quick release for service, and quick return to previous settings.
- Steel frame has footings for permanent floor attachment.

The "L" Series Sheet Laminating System is used for wood veneer, plastic, foam, board, fabric, vinyl, doors, etc. Applies roll or sheet dry film adhesives and overlays. Also pre-applied adhesive films for later use in hot press, heated nip roll or vacuum.

This unique very, very safe - continuous flow through inline system allows lamination to be accomplished without any solvents, toxins or water.
Surface laminates are kept cool for improved quality.

Feed Speed is 20 to 40 lineal feet per minute with roll web to web much faster.

Equipment starts at approximately $5000 (24" Bench Top).
Step 1 - Load Dry Film Adhesive and Overlay into payout rack and thread material though to rewind shaft.
Load glue onto payout bar.
Step 2 - Start machine, setting "Speed" and "Heat".
Step 3 - Close compression rolls and roll glue onto top heated roll, starting coating process.
To STOP coating process, push "Retract" button, opening compression rolls.
