MACHINE FEATURES & SPECIFICATIONS:

FUNCTION:
To melt and impress Adhesive Film and Clear Coat™
Overlay Dry Film into/onto surfaces of wood, metal, ceramic,
fabric, glass and plastic. |

OPERATION:
Veneer is fed between two (2) electric hot plates, melting the copolyester film, which
penetrates and / or overlays. |

COMPONENTS:
- Non-stick belts, driven by adjustable rollers, pass between heated plates.
- Floating plates permit thickness change of .004" to 1". (Pressure
Adjustable)
- Foot valve activates rolls.
- Steel base gives 35 inch feed level from floor.
- 25/50" belts respond to tracking adjusters.
- Metal cover and belt guard for safety.
- Variable speed motor drives chain sprockets.
- Readily adjustable heat, pressure and speed controls for varying requirements.

FEATURES:
- Available for one (1) side or two (2) side lamination.
- Precision adjustable for varying requirements.
- Belt changing is greatly simplified with unique release designs.
- Slightly domed front take up roller allows smooth tracking of belts.
- Long life Teflon coating eliminate sticking.
- Destaco type clamps provide quick release for service, and quick return to previous
settings.
- Steel frame has footings for permanent floor attachment.
